Couples looking for comfort
Room was much larger than expected, good sized TV plus a table with 2 chairs! It's just a short walk to so many places we've wanted to see.
Not the cheapest place but acceptable.

The service here was TERRIFIC. Took the advantage of the parking off site. The setting was magnificent and stunning, near to entertainment, transport, sights and activities helpful staff, and theatre. Melbourne CBD district was worth exploring.

Positive, The location is amazing, right near a tram stop. My room was surprisingly spacious with a comfy sofa and a dining area. Clean bathroom and plenty of power outlets, super convenient. I loved the big bed and the vibe around the area. Totally felt safe here 😄

Excellent base for exploring Melbourne. Clean hotel and good basic rooms. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with toaster and bath, for example. Easy check-in, late check-out, easy going staff. Comfortable and modest venue in Melbourne, stunning location near Regent Theatre.

I can't believe how dirty my room was, with mould everywhere and a filthy shower that even had a wonderful assortment of public hairs. The air con definitely needed cleaning, but of course no one addressed it. Not to mention, I was shocked to not receive a room upgrade after my experience. Absolutely disappointing.

The hotel is not great - everything's a bit tired and minimalist. Having said that though, the service is friendly and you get what you pay for - and I don't mean that in a derogatory sense. The location is great, the price is right and you go away with the feeling of having had value for money. I will happily stay there again.

The Standard Double Room was a solid pick for my stay, especially cozy for a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, and I had a nice hot shower with good pressure. Super close to Flinders Station, perfect for getting around. The quiet environment helped me concentrate while working. The room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh to improve the overall vibe.

It was just an excellent fit for a short visit in Melbourne with value for price. The microwave made it easy to have simple meals without going out. If you need a quiet room, try to request one away from the street noise.

Easy to book on line, very efficient service and convenient.
The windows were filthy dirty and looked as if they had been cleaned for years! It really let the place down as everything else was spotless.
